Primary Job Duties:
Red Sky Solutions is currently seeking a highly energetic and motivated Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate is a person that wants to start or continue their high-tech sales career with a fast growing, energetic and exciting IT security focused company.  In this role you will have great opportunity for promotion and career growth with a track to field sales. You’ll be a key component of the marketing and sales teams as the “tip of the spear” by reaching out to target companies in your designated region, working to identify new business opportunities for the Red Sky field team. 

You will work closely with sales and marketing on campaigns and events to drive attendance and make follow-up contact that will ultimately lead to new business engagements for the field sales team. You will be key to initiating the relationship between Red Sky and new prospective clients.

The right individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter, that’s goal oriented, driven, and able to identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple resources.

·       Experience in business development or inside sales is a plus.
·       Experience using or other CRM is also a plus.
·       Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired
Education or Skills:
Your day-to-day
·       Identify, contact, and qualify potential new customers
·       Schedule meetings between sales representatives and potential customers
·       Interact with highly experienced sales account managers
·       Strategize with key vendor partners such as Palo Alto Networks, Proofpoint, Pure Storage, and others in targeting highly qualified sales prospects
·       Attend regional events and tradeshows to promote Red Sky and our vendor partners
·       Manage email and social media campaigns to find new prospects
·       Use and other tools to generate and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
