Lucky Slice Pizza has been serving award winning pizza in Northern Utah for over 5 years. Our success derives from a commitment to great ingredients, pizza craft, a love of our communities, and a goal to consistently have fun. Working at Lucky Slice means working hard, but working with friends to serve friends.
Essentially a shift lead is a boat captain piloting the restaurant through the smoothest waters available that day. With a special commitment to both customers and crew the shift lead navigates daily operations providing safe passage and maintaining order. Providing customer service, maintaining standards, communicating with crew and making decisions are all necessary to set the right course. A shift lead will train on and possess the skills for every other position in the store, from cooking and cleaning to delivery driving and counter service, in order to ensure that they possess the chops and grit to be leaders within the store.
This is a full time position with a variable work schedule. Weekend and evening availability translate into higher pay opportunities.$12-$15 hourly. Health insurance. PTO.

| Education or Skills: |
| Leadership and decision making experience, willingness to learn, positive attitude, quality communication skills, flexible schedule, customer service skills, ability to lift 50 pounds, ability to stand for long periods of time. Restaurant experience and/or team management experience preferred.
