| Primary Job Duties: |
- Producing products and ingredients accuratly per daily prep list
- Ensure the quality and consistency of products by properly following recipes, methods and techniques
- Ensure a sufficient quantity of all items for daily service, by following and maintaining daily par stock
- Check in and put away All food deliveries
- Clean and maintain all equipment used for prep production.
- Ensure the organization of the walk-in and food storage areas, and to ensure all items are properly rotated and checked for quality and dates.
- Cleaning and organizing the walk-in and dry storage areas so items are easily accessible as needed.
- Ensure that Dry storage, walk-in, and all food prep areas remain in an organized and sanitary condition
- Organizing and rinsing dirty dishes to avoid clutter and possible tripping hazards in prep area
- Washing and sanitizing any large “Prep specific” equipment such as the choppers, and Blenders and food processor.

| Job Requirements: |
- Must possess a valid food handler permit.
- Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time, and be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Must work early mornings (5AM)

- Must be comfortable working in a High pace environment
- Must be able to accurately follow recipes
- Must have a good understanding of units and measurements, as well as cooking techniques
